Título: Algumas reflexões sobre a universidade brasileira Autor(es): ARGOLLO, Bruna Beatriz Alves de Teive e Resumo: RESUMO: Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar o percurso da universidade contemporânea brasileira nas últimas décadas, perpassando pelo cenário latino-americano e estadunidense. As pesquisas bibliográficas que deram corpo a este trabalho, têm como base autores, professores de diversas áreas e instituições que dedicaram e dedicam incessantemente seus estudos à história, ao diagnóstico atual e os possíveis rumos da instituição. Embora a maior atenção seja dedicada aos contemporâneos, clássicos dos estudos da realidade sociopolítica brasileira e latino-americana como Álvaro Vieira Pinto, Ruy Mauro Marini, Darcy Ribeiro e José Carlos Mariátegui, além dos grandes estudiosos do tema, Antonio Gramsci e Max Weber, não foram ignorados. Por fim, há breves críticas aos vestibulares e às instituições think tanks, além de considerações sobre razão acadêmica e democracia.__ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the course of the Brazilian contemporary university in recent decades, passing through the Latin American and American scenario. The bibliographical research that embodied this book is based on authors, professors from different areas and institutions who have dedicated and continue to dedicate their studies to history, the actual diagnosis and the possible directions of the institution. Although most attention is dedicated to contemporaries, classics in studies of Brazilian and Latin American sociopolitical reality such as Álvaro Vieira Pinto, Ruy Mauro Marini, Darcy Ribeiro and José Carlos Mariátegui, in addition to the great scholars of the topic, Antonio Gramsci and Max Weber, weren't ignored. Finally, there are brief criticisms of college entrance exams and think tank institutions, as well as considerations about academic reason and democracy.

Título: Estado de Direito Liberal: estrutura e funcionamento do Poder Judiciário brasileiro Autor(es): ALVES JÚNIOR, Luiz Carlos de Castro Resumo: A intenção deste trabalho desenvolvido na área das Ciências Sociais é partir de leituras políticas sobre como a realidade jurídica brasileira se insere nas estruturas de poder do Estado de Direito Positivo (Liberal), não assegurando o princípio da igualdade, pois, na prática, mantém as diferenças socioeconômicas. Como base de pesquisa, é realizada uma arqueologia da concepção ocidental e central de Estado e Poder, crítica da apresentada na área jurídica (positivista), detalhando como certas estruturas (a classe dominante e seus seguimentos) sempre estiveram no mesmo “lugar” (poder econômico/poder político). É destacada a presença do pensamento lockeano no Direito Liberal e criticada a concepção de propriedade como um ius naturale (como se não fosse socialmente construído). Nesta pesquisa, observa-se a atual estrutura e funcionamento do Poder Judiciário, um dos poderes constitutivos do “Estado Democrático de Direito” (Democracia Liberal), historicamente implantado pelas revoluções liberais do século XVIII, como uma instância comprometida com as políticas econômicas do capitalismo neoliberal. Descrição: The intention of this work developed in the area of Social Sciences is based on political readings on how the Brazilian legal reality is inserted in the power structures of the Positive (Liberal) State Law, not ensuring the principle of equality, since, in practice, it maintains the socioeconomic differences. As a research base, an archeology of the Western and central conception of State and Power, critical of that presented in the legal area (positivist), is carried out, detailing how certain structures (the ruling class and its followings) have always been in the same “place” economic/political power). The presence of Lockean thought in Liberal Law is highlighted and the conception of property as an ius naturale (as if it were not socially constructed) is criticized. The current structure and functioning of the Judiciary, one of the constituent powers of the “Democratic State of Law” (Liberal Democracy), historically implanted by the liberal revolutions of the eighteenth century, as an instance committed to the economic policies of capitalism neoliberal.

Título: Pelo direito de não ser uma explicação Autor(es): GOUVEIA, Roana da Silva Resumo: RESUMO Neste trabalho apresento as reflexões sobre as experiências de sete pessoas trans, no contexto de São Luís – Maranhão, que estão ou já estiveram na universidade, pensando os desafios da transgeneridade frente à cisgeneridade nas várias esferas sociais até o acesso a esse espaço. Os dados da análise foram obtidos através de um questionário online, de caráter dissertativo. Em um primeiro momento fiz uma abordagem mais biográfica dos(as) entrevistados(as), em torno dos eixos “perfil” e “trajetória” do questionário, discutindo pontos importantes que se sobressaíram das respostas e os possíveis diálogos entre elas. Já adiante faço uma abordagem com base no terceiro eixo “marcadores sociais e experiências”, pensado para discutir sobre questões mais subjetivas referentes à autopercepção, leitura social e lugar no mundo.___ABSTRACT In this proposal I present the reflections on the experiences of seven trans people, in the context of São Luís – Maranhão, who are or have been at the university, thinking about the challenges of transgenderity in the face of cisgenerity, in many social spheres until access to this space. The analysis data were obtained through an online questionnaire, of an essay way. At first, I took a biographical approach of the interviews, around the “profile” and “trajectory” axis of the questionnaire, discussing important points that stood out from the answers and the possible dialogues between them. Already ahead, I make an approach based on the third axis “social markers and experiences”, designed to discuss more subjective issues regarding self-perception, social reading and place in the world.

Título: O presidente negro: a síntese do pensamento racial de Monteiro Lobato Autor(es): SOUSA, Kelvin Jorge Berrêdo Resumo: RESUMO Essa monografia tem como base a obra “O Presidente Negro” de autoria de Monteiro Lobato que foi escrita em 1926, onde é construída uma etnografia através de um documento literário. Em conjunto com outros autores vou explorando esse universo social, passando brevemente pela vida do autor, as teorias raciais que circulavam pelo mundo, o contexto de época no Brasil no final do século XIX início do XX. Tem como objetivo além de apontar o racismo na trama na medida que seu enredo vai se desenvolvendo. Fazendo contrapontos com autores que versam sobre o tema. Por fim faço uma análise dos personagens principais e o que eles representam na trama.__ABSTRACT This monograph is based on the work “O Presidente Negro” by Monteiro Lobato, written in 1926, where an ethnography is constructed through a literary document. Together with other authors, I explore this social universe, briefly going through the author's life, the racial theories that circulated around the world, the context of the time in Brazil at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th. It also aims to point out the racism in the plot as its plot develops. Making counterpoints with authors dealing with the topic. Finally I do an analysis of the main characters and what they represent in the plot.
