Esta realidade reflete significativamente no desenvolvimento de uma educação de qualidade, pois os alunos indisciplinados agem impulsionando a desordem da sala de aula. Desta forma, a pesquisa foi realizada com o objetivo de discutir o fenômeno da indisciplina escolar, relacionando os motivos que condicionam para tal ação. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica, realizada como fonte principal para a análise do problema, tendo como base autores selecionados no Portal de teses e dissertações da CAPES (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior), Sousa (2016), Fagundes (2017), Gonçalves (2018), e Yoshida (2019). Este trabalho está organizado em quatro partes: a primeira parte apresenta a Introdução da pesquisa com um breve resumo do estudo, apresentando a problemática, os objetivo principais, assim como a justificativa; a segunda aborda a revisão da literatura explicando os significados dos termos “Disciplina e Indisciplina”; a terceira faz uma análise das dissertações dos autores já citados no intuito de compreender o problema; e a quarta parte apresenta a conclusão dos resultados obtidos durante a pesquisa. Ao realizar análise das teses e dissertações dos autores, bem como as evidências colhidas em suas observações, foi possível obter as respostas do problema proposto para esta pesquisa; e os motivos apontados como influência para a indisciplina foi: a escola não aceitar a opinião dos alunos, o ambiente familiar, o Governo e a infraestrura da escola. Ainda foi verificado que para haver uma melhora no comportamento dos alunos, todos os envolvidos em sua educação devem estar dispostos a contribuir e trabalharem em conjunto.___ABSTRACT: School indiscipline presents itself as one of the great challenges for education today, affecting teachers and students who live with this phenomenon in their daily practice, substantially affecting the teaching-learning process. This reality is significantly reflected in the development of quality education, as undisciplined students act by promoting disorder in the classroom. In this way, the research was carried out with the objective of discussing the phenomenon of school indiscipline, listing the reasons that condition for such action. The methodology used was bibliographical research, carried out as the main source for the analysis of the problem, based on selected authors in the Portal of theses and dissertations of CAPES (Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel), Sousa (2016), Fagundes (2017), Gonçalves (2018), and Yoshida (2019). This work is organized in four parts: the first part presents the Introduction of the research with a brief summary of the study, presenting the problem, the main objectives, as well as the justification; the second addresses the literature review explaining the meanings of the terms “Discipline and Indiscipline”; the third analyzes the dissertations of the aforementioned authors in order to understand the problem; and the fourth part presents the conclusion of the results obtained during the research. By analyzing the theses and dissertations of the authors, as well as the evidence gathered from their observations, it was possible to obtain answers to the problem proposed for this research; and the reasons cited as influencing indiscipline were: the school not accepting the students' opinion, the family environment, the Government and the school's infrastructure. Em que se volta para uma compreensão acerca da Educação a distância com vista ao uso das tecnologias, a educação alinhada na relação com o viés do acesso e satisfação profissional com a formação dos indivíduos consumidores desta modalidade de ensino. O estudo é uma revisão de literatura com apoio em um estudo de caso na cidade de Bacabal – MA, de natureza qualitativa. A pesquisa objetivou compreender o processo de ensino e na aprendizagem na modalidade EaD considerando o aumento dessa modalidade de ensino e buscando ainda perceber/apreender as implicações da formação em EAD junto aos profissionais em formação. O estudo foi subsidiado pelos os escritos de Belloni (2001), Kenki (2008), Litto e Formiga (2012), dentre outros, além dos dispositivos legais a exemplo da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional - LDBN 9.394/96, em particular no Art. 80 que trata sobre a EaD consubstanciaram os registros. No que constata-se que essa modalidade de ensino prevê a construção da autonomia do estudante no processo ensino-aprendizagem e formação assertiva dentro das demandas de mercado e social. Em que faz-se importante destacar ainda, os decretos e resoluções, em consonância com o contexto atual. Resultados preliminares apontam a EaD aliada ao uso das tecnologias na educação mediada pelo o professor como forma de tornar-se favorável ao processo de autonomia e formação discente cuja autoaprendizagem configura-se na comunicação, interação, cooperação e construção do conhecimento.__ABSTRACT The present work provides an approach to the theme of distance education courses, with the title "The growth in access to graduations in EaD and its professional implications: a case study in Bacabal - MA". In which it turns to an understanding of Distance Education with a view to the use of technologies, education aligned in relation to the bias of access and professional satisfaction with the training of individuals who consume this type of education. The study is a literature review based on a case study in the city of Bacabal - MA, of a qualitative nature. The research aimed to understand the teaching and learning process in distance learning modality, considering the increase of this teaching modality and also seeking to perceive/apprehend the implications of distance learning training with professionals in training. The study was supported by the writings of Belloni (2001), Kenki (2008), Litto and Formiga (2012), among others, in addition to legal provisions such as the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education - LDBN 9.394/96, in particularly in Art. 80 that deals with EaD substantiated the records. It appears that this teaching modality provides for the construction of student autonomy in the teaching-learning process and assertive training within market and social demands. In which it is important to highlight the decrees and resolutions, in line with the current context. Autor(es): CASTRO, Maria Gessiana Rodrigues de Resumo: RESUMO: A modernidade líquida de Zygmunt Bauman é uma teoria sociológica que analisa as transformações sociais e culturais que ocorreram a partir do século XX. Bauman argumenta que a sociedade moderna ainda não foi superada, mas passou de uma modernidade sólida, caracterizada pela estabilidade e estruturas sólidas, para uma modernidade líquida, caracterizada pela fluidez e instabilidade. É com base nessa primícia que delinearemos esta pesquisa em busca esmiuçar conceito de modernidade líquida em seus aspetos históricos, sociológicos e antes de mais nada, filosóficos. A pesquisa tem como objetivo apresentar a analise, feita pelo sociólogo, sobre as mudanças no capitalismo globalizado, na cultura de consumo e nas relações sociais que levaram nossa sociedade para um estágio de liquefação constante. Propomos com essa abordagem expor as questões como a fragilidade dos laços humanos, a efemeridade das identidades constituídas pelo alto consumismo e a liquidez das instituições sociais. Para tanto, realizaremos a análise literária da obra Modernidade líquida, afim de oferecer uma reflexão crítica sobre as transformações sociais e culturais da sociedade moderna e buscar entender as consequências dessas mudanças para as relações humanas e para a vida em sociedade. Expomos, ainda, a abordagem sociológica crítica, realizada pelo sociólogo Donncha Morron, sobre crédito para o consumo, com o intuído associar a teoria apresentada por Bauman, de como a formação de identidades fluidas está baseada no consumo rápido e implacável de bens e serviços com a facilidade que o sistema de crédito proporciona aos indivíduos e como isso pode estar afetando a sociedade de forma social e econômica.___ABSTRACT: Zygmunt Bauman's liquid modernity is a sociological theory that analyzes the social and cultural transformations that have occurred since the 20th century. Bauman argues that modern society has not yet been overcome, but has moved from a solid modernity, characterized by stability and solid structures, to a liquid modernity, characterized by fluidity and instability. It is based on this first fruit that we will outline this research in an attempt to scrutinize the concept of liquid modernity in its historical, sociological and, above all, philosophical aspects. The research aims to present the sociologist's analysis of changes in globalized capitalism, consumer culture and social relations that have led our society to a stage of constant liquefaction. With this approach, we propose to expose issues such as the fragility of human ties, the ephemerality of identities constituted by high consumerism and the liquidity of social institutions. To do so, we will carry out a literary analysis of the work Liquid Modernity, in order to offer a critical reflection on the social and cultural transformations of modern society and seek to understand the consequences of these changes for human relations and for life in society. Situação esta que se agravou no período da Pandemia do Covid-19, onde vários órgãos paralizaram suas atividades por causa do distanciamento social. Na cidade de Bacabal – MA não foi diferente, e como o índice de violência era crescente em nível nacional, houve a necessidade de conhecer o impacto da pandemia nos índices de violência na cidade e como os órgãos lidaram com esta eventualidade. Desta forma, a pesquisa foi desenvolvida por meio de entrevistas e visitas realizadas nos órgãos responsáveis em proporcionar apoio e assistência às vítimas (15º BPM, Delegacia da Mulher e Secretaria da Mulher), bem como entrevistas com as próprias vítimas de violência doméstica; tendo como objetivos diagnosticar o percentual do índice de casos de violência doméstica em meio a pandemia do Covid 19; identificar os tipos de violência sofrida pelas mulheres praticada por atuais ou ex-companheiros; associar os registros de violência contra a mulher nos últimos anos na cidade de Bacabal com os registros mais atuais; e verificar quais as ações os órgãos de proteção à mulher realizam. Ao analisar os dados obtidos com a pesquisa, foi possível obter as respostas para o problema proposto. De acordo com os índices apontados pelo “Disque 190”, os casos aumentaram em 7,9%; já na Delegacia da mulher esse índice diminui cerca de 11,3%. Porém, vale ressaltar que o órgão permaneceu fechado no período citado. Com os dados coletados nas entrevistas com às vítimas, as agressões mais comentadas foram: física, psicológica, patrimonial, moral e verbal. Além disso, com base nas informações obtidas, as vítimas não tiveram apoio necessário neste período, o que nos faz refletir sobre a necessidade de situações como essas serem monitoradas por parte das autoridades.___ABSTRACT: Domestic violence is a circumstance that many women have experienced for years. This situation worsened during the Covid-19 Pandemic, where several agencies paralyzed their activities due to social distancing. In the city of Bacabal - MA it was no different, and as the rate of violence was increasing at the national level, there was a need to know the impact of the pandemic on the rates of violence in the city and how the agencies dealt with this eventuality. In this way, the research was developed through interviews and visits carried out in the agencies responsible for providing support and assistance to victims (15th BPM, Women's Police Station and Women's Secretariat), as well as interviews with the victims of domestic violence themselves; having as objectives to diagnose the percentage of the rate of domestic violence cases in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic; identify the types of violence suffered by women practiced by current or former partners; associate the records of violence against women in recent years in the city of Bacabal with the most current records; and verify what actions the women's protection agencies take. By analyzing the data obtained with the research, it was possible to obtain the answers to the proposed problem. According to the indexes pointed out by "Disque 190", the cases increased by 7.9%; already in the Women's Police Station this index decreases about 11.3%. However, it is worth mentioning that the agency remained closed during the period mentioned. With the data collected in the interviews with the victims, the most commented aggressions were: physical, psychological, patrimonial, moral and verbal.
