Por Ciência, Kant compreende todo conhecimento que se caracterize por apodítico, isso quer dizer um entendimento sistemático que pode alcançar verdades necessárias que não dependem de condições particulares, mas que valem para todos os indivíduos em qualquer situação, portanto esta Ciência é construída com princípios a priori universalmente válidos independente das circunstâncias que não advêm de uma experiência, contudo da própria razão. Após isso será exposta a natureza do juízo estético distinguindo-o entre o belo e o sublime tratando o primeiro como algo que desperta um prazer imediato desinteressado enquanto o segundo evoca uma sensação de grandeza fascinante. Assim, buscaremos demonstrar que, na contramão de Baumgarten, segundo a estética kantiana, não é possível considerar o belo e o sublime como objetos de uma ciência, visto que se tratam de experiências subjetivas, ligadas ao sentimento de prazer ou desprazer, e não a propriedades objetivas dos próprios objetos. Por fim partiremos da definição do sistema das belas artes estabelecido por Kant na terceira crítica para enquadrarmos uma análise sobre a obra cinematográfica do filme Harry Potter e a Pedra Filosofal com o intuito de compreender como ela pode suscitar no espectador juízos estéticos que exemplificam os conceitos kantianos, visto que no filme determinadas cenas, como por exemplo, a vastidão do castelo, a imponência das paisagens ou a força dos eventos mágicos , ultrapassam os limites da sensibilidade comum , revelando assim a presença de experiências do belo e do sublime que iluminam, na prática, as ideias desenvolvidas por Kant.__ABSTRACT: This dissertation aims to discuss the possibility of an interconnection between the concepts of Genuine Science, the Beautiful, and the Sublime in Kantian thought. By Science, Kant understands all knowledge that is characterized as apodictic; that is, a systematic understanding capable of reaching necessary truths that do not depend on particular conditions but are valid for all individuals in any situation. Therefore, this Science is constructed from universally valid a priori principles, independent of circumstances and not derived from experience, but rather from reason itself. Following this, the nature of aesthetic judgment will be examined, distinguishing between the beautiful and the sublime: the former being that which arouses an immediate disinterested pleasure, while the latter evokes a sense of fascinating grandeur. Thus, we shall seek to demonstrate that, contrary to Baumgarten, according to Kantian aesthetics, it is not possible to consider the beautiful and the sublime as objects of a science, since they are subjective experiences related to feelings of pleasure or displeasure, and not to objective properties of the objects themselves. Finally, we shall turn to the definition of the system of fine arts established by Kant in the Critique of Judgment in order to frame an analysis of the cinematographic work Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. Quanto à metodologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica para levantar as obras principais de ambos os autores relacionadas ao folclore. Em seguida, faremos uma revisão de literatura, buscando destacar uma análise comparativa entre as visões de Cascudo e Fernandes sobre o folclore. A pesquisa bibliográfica foi uma etapa fundamental, pois permitiu examinar as principais obras de Câmara Cascudo e Florestan Fernandes relacionadas ao folclore e à cultura popular, para compreender as ideias centrais de cada autor sobre o folclore, suas influências teóricas, e o impacto de suas abordagens na compreensão da cultura brasileira. Autor(es): REIS, Eliana Rodrigues Resumo: RESUMO: O presente estudo faz uma reflexão sobre a educação inclusiva no contexto escolar brasileiro, problematizando a concretização dos princípios estabelecidos pela Declaração de Salamanca (1994). O objetivo da pesquisa consistiu refletir criticamente sobre os avanços e os limites da educação inclusiva no Brasil, com ênfase nas contribuições e nos desafios enfrentados no campo da Educação Física escolar com foco nos alunos dentro do Espectro Autista. Quanto à metodologia, caracterizou-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa, de natureza bibliográfica e documental, fundamentada na análise de produções científicas e de documentos normativos que orientam a educação inclusiva no Brasil. Os resultados evidenciam que, embora haja um arcabouço legal consolidado e um aumento significativo de estudos na área, persistem entraves estruturais, pedagógicos e atitudinais que dificultam a efetivação da inclusão nas escolas, como a fragilidade da formação docente, a insuficiência de recursos e a permanência de estigmas sociais. Conclui-se que a consolidação da educação inclusiva exige transformações profundas nas práticas pedagógicas, na organização escolar e na cultura institucional, de modo a garantir não apenas o acesso, mas também a participação e a aprendizagem significativa de todos os estudantes. Descrição: ABSTRACT: This study analyzes the effectiveness of inclusive education in the Brazilian school context, questioning the implementation of the principles established by the Salamanca Statement (1994). The objective of this research was to critically reflect on the advances and limitations of inclusive education in Brazil, with emphasis on the contributions and challenges faced in the field of Physical Education at school, focusing on students within the Autism Spectrum. The methodology adopted is characterized as qualitative research of a bibliographic and documentary nature, based on the analysis of scientific publications and normative documents that guide inclusive education in Brazil. The results indicate that, although there is a consolidated legal framework and a significant increase in studies in the field, structural, pedagogical, and attitudinal barriers persist, hindering the effective implementation of inclusion in schools, such as fragile teacher training, insufficient resources, and the persistence of social stigmas. It is concluded that the consolidation of inclusive education requires profound transformations in pedagogical practices, school organization, and institutional culture, in order to ensure not only access but also participation and meaningful learning for all students. A investigação visa aprofundar a compreensão dos significados devocionais e simbólicos atribuídos à festa, a fim de evidenciar sua dimensão cultural, social, política e econômica, destacando como essas esferas se articulam na dinâmica da festa e na experiência dos participantes. A metodologia adotada para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa foi a pesquisa qualitativa, com a observação não participante e realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com os agentes e participantes do festejo. Também realizamos pesquisas bibliográficas, possibilitando a articulação entre referencial teórico que dialogam como a temática e as informações repassadas pelos agentes participantes da realidade estudada. Foram consideradas contribuições e análises diversas de obras de autores que trabalham a respeito do sagrado e profano como Mircea Eliade (1992, 1972), além de conteúdos sobre a dimensão simbólica das festas populares no Brasil, assuntos desenvolvidos por Rita Amaral (1998, 2001), Sergio Ferretti (2007) e Mary Del Priore (1994), entre outros documentos que oferecem subsídios relevantes para a compreensão do objeto investigado. Como resultados da pesquisa, consta-se que a festa religiosa, econômicas e simbólicas, tendo o vaqueiro como representação popular e a romaria como aproximação ao sagrado. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by the different agents involved in organizing the Festa dos Vaqueiros (Cowboy Festival) of São Raimundo Nonato dos Mulundus, especially considering the symbolic and devotional elements that mark public participation in the event. The investigation seeks to deepen the understanding of the devotional and symbolic meanings attributed to the festival, in order to highlight its cultural, social, political, and economic dimensions, emphasizing how these spheres are articulated in the dynamics of the festival and in the experience of the participants. The methodology adopted for the development of the research was qualitative research, with non-participant observation and semi-structured interviews with the agents and participants of the festival. We also conducted bibliographic research, enabling the articulation between theoretical frameworks that dialogue with the theme and the information provided by the agents participating in the studied reality. Various contributions and analyses of works by authors who study the sacred and the profane, such as Mircea Eliade (1992, 1972), were considered, in addition to content on the symbolic dimension of popular festivals in Brazil, topics developed by Rita Amaral (1998, 2001), Sergio Ferretti (2007) and Mary Del Priore (1994), among other documents that offer relevant subsidies for understanding the object investigated. As a result of the research, it is found that the festival is religious, economic and symbolic, with the cowboy as a popular representation and the pilgrimage as an approach to the sacred. 2026-02-19T00:00:00Z
