Parte-se da seguinte questão: o ofício e utilização dos carros de boi em Cururupu – Maranhão, para além do uso utilitário pode ser considerado um bem de importância histórica e cultural para os Cururupuenses? O método utilizado é de pesquisa de campo, com observação participante de caráter exploratório, coleta de relatos orais em entrevistas e registro imagético, aliado a uma discussão histórica e social advindo de bibliografias selecionadas. Ainda, aplicou-se a ferramenta metodológica desenvolvida pelo Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional (IPHAN), o Inventário de Varredura e Conhecimento. Considera-se que inventariar aspectos da cultura, história e memórias é essencial para animar as gerações mais novas do município de Cururupu e a comunidades em geral acerca da importância desse elemento cultural, dada a sua presença na história e identidade do povo cururupuense, representado pelo Festejo Cultural do Carro de Boi, do município, que reúne donos de carros de boi e fazedores do município, de áreas interioranas e de outras cidades. Assim sendo, tal prática é um patrimônio que, apesar das dificuldades impostas pela modernidade, pandemia, crises identitárias geracionais e outras, deve ser preservado porque nele contém múltiplas identidades que narram a história de um povo trabalhador, simples e rico em todas as suas representações culturais. Descrição: ABSTRACT This work aims to describe and discuss the artisanal production of ox carts, in the municipality of Cururupu, Maranhão, from an inventory of sweep, recognition and registration of this practice, considering it as cultural heritage and support of the history, culture, memory and identity of the region, especially the rural universe. It is based on the following question: the craft and use of ox carts in Cururupu - Maranhão, in addition to the utilitarian use can be considered a good of historical and cultural importance for the Cururupuenses? The method used is field research, with participant observation of exploratory character, collection of oral reports in interviews and imagery record, allied to a historical and social discussion coming from selected bibliographies. Also, the methodological tool developed by the National Institute of Historical and Artistic Heritage (IPHAN), the Scanning and Knowledge Inventory, was applied. It is considered that inventorying aspects of culture, history and memories is essential to animate the younger generations of the municipality of Cururupu and communities in general about the importance of this cultural element, given its presence in the history and identity of the Cururupuense people, represented by the Cultural Festejo do Carro de Boi, in the municipality, which brings together ox cart owners and doers of the municipality, inland areas and other cities. A filosofia política de Hegel tem como objeto a liberdade, precisamente seu desenvolvimento e efetivação. Hegel propõe uma Moralidade subjetiva e uma Eticidade objetiva, que juntas vão determinar a efetivação da liberdade no Estado, através do reconhecimento dos interesses individuais e universais. Para tanto, Hegel desenvolve uma teoria que busca uma síntese entre o Direito e a moralidade moderna, centrados no sujeito, seja do direito, seja o sujeito moral, e a eticidade antiga. No Período Clássico, a polis era vista como própria realização da razão, entretanto é apenas na Modernidade que surge a ideia do reconhecimento da subjetividade como constitutiva da liberdade. Para Hegel, a grande questão é restabelecer uma eticidade objetiva que não negue a subjetividade moral. O artigo está dividido em três partes. A primeira é o desenvolvimento da ideia da vontade livre até sua realização na Eticidade. Isto posto, buscou- se explicitar a partir da ideia de liberdade como ela se concretiza no Estado. . Por fim, tentou- se mostrar o Estado como síntese, que articula organicamente a subjetividade moderna com eticidade da polis a fim de demonstrar como Hegel guarda e eleva tais conceitos em seu sistema dialético de direito. Descrição: ABSTRACT:This paper aims to develop the Hegelian theory of Ethical life, focusing on the State, demonstrating how it unifies modern political philosophy with classical political philosophy, as a new way of thinking about the State and freedom. Hegel's political philosophy has as its object freedom, precisely its development and realization. Hegel proposes a subjective Morality and an objective Ethicity, which together will determine the realization of freedom in the State, through the recognition of individual and universal interests. Therefore, Hegel develops a theory that seeks a synthesis between Law and modern morality, centered on the subject, whether the law or the moral subject, and ancient ethics. In the Classical Period, the polis was seen as the very realization of reason, however, it is only in Modernity that the idea of recognizing subjectivity as constitutive of freedom arises. For Hegel, the big issue is to re- establish an objective ethics that does not deny moral subjectivity. The article is divided into three parts. The first is the development of the idea of free will until its realization in Ethics. That said, I seek to make explicit, based on the idea of freedom, how it materializes in the State. Finally, we tried to show the State as a synthesis, which organically articulates modern subjectivity with the ethics of the polis in order to demonstrate how Hegel keeps and elevates such concepts in his dialectical system of law. Com isso, trabalhou-se na tentativa de identificar a existência de princípios éticos no cerne das Políticas Estaduais de Desenvolvimento Territorial que considerem a problematização de conflitos socioambientais, bem como diante do planejamento estabelecido no município de Pinheiro. O trabalho expõe uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o problema da relação entre conflitos socioambientais e a ideologia capitalista do progresso econômico, oriundos de três períodos (Fase desenvolvimentista, Fase neoliberal e Fase logística). Essa discussão é fundamental para compreensão de variados impactos ambientais e sociais, que colocaram o Brasil no mapa de conflitos socioambientais. Como configuração política, analisa- se, as contribuições das políticas de desenvolvimento circunscritas nos Planos Plurianuais do Maranhão de 1996 a 2015 e do município de Pinheiro de 2013 a 2021, buscando averiguar o traçado do desenvolvimento territorial a fim de desvendar se são estabelecidos planos para combater e/ou amenizar conflitos socioambientais. Diante de questionamentos de ordem filosófica, busca-se saber em que medida é possível identificar nos planos de desenvolvimento territorial uma abordagem filosófica acerca da reconfiguração do território local. Hans Jonas, filósofo alemão propôs uma ética ambiental da responsabilidade. Essa responsabilidade exige da espécie humana o dever de evitar o pior, a destruição de toda a vida na Terra. Descrição: ABSTRACT This work aims to analyze the relationship between public planning and socio-environmental issues, highlighting the (re) emergence of conflicts and the clash over ethical elements. Thus, efforts were made to try to identify the existence of ethical principles at the heart of State Policies for Territorial Development that consider the problematization of socio-environmental conflicts, as well as in view of the planning established in the municipality of Pinheiro. The work exposes a bibliographic review on the problem of the relationship between socio-environmental conflicts and the capitalist ideology of economic progress, coming from three periods (Developmental phase, Neoliberal phase and Logistic phase). This discussion is essential for understanding the various environmental and social impacts that have placed Brazil on the map of socio-environmental conflicts. As a political configuration, we analyze the contributions of development policies circumscribed in the Pluriannual Plans of Maranhão from 1996 to 2015 and of the municipality of Pinheiro from 2013 to 2021, seeking to investigate the route of territorial development in order to discover whether plans are established combat and / or mitigate socio-environmental conflicts. Faced with questions of a philosophical order, we seek to know the extent to which it is possible to identify in the territorial development plans a philosophical approach about the reconfiguration of the local territory. Hans Jonas, German philosopher proposed an environmental ethics of responsibility. This responsibility requires the human species to avoid the worst, the destruction of all life on Earth.
