Autor(es): REIS, Eliana Rodrigues Resumo: RESUMO: O presente estudo faz uma reflexão sobre a educação inclusiva no contexto escolar brasileiro, problematizando a concretização dos princípios estabelecidos pela Declaração de Salamanca (1994). O objetivo da pesquisa consistiu refletir criticamente sobre os avanços e os limites da educação inclusiva no Brasil, com ênfase nas contribuições e nos desafios enfrentados no campo da Educação Física escolar com foco nos alunos dentro do Espectro Autista. Quanto à metodologia, caracterizou-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa, de natureza bibliográfica e documental, fundamentada na análise de produções científicas e de documentos normativos que orientam a educação inclusiva no Brasil. Os resultados evidenciam que, embora haja um arcabouço legal consolidado e um aumento significativo de estudos na área, persistem entraves estruturais, pedagógicos e atitudinais que dificultam a efetivação da inclusão nas escolas, como a fragilidade da formação docente, a insuficiência de recursos e a permanência de estigmas sociais. Conclui-se que a consolidação da educação inclusiva exige transformações profundas nas práticas pedagógicas, na organização escolar e na cultura institucional, de modo a garantir não apenas o acesso, mas também a participação e a aprendizagem significativa de todos os estudantes. Organização essa que não é vista no município de Santa Quitéria do Maranhão. Descrição: ABSTRACT: This study analyzes the effectiveness of inclusive education in the Brazilian school context, questioning the implementation of the principles established by the Salamanca Statement (1994). The objective of this research was to critically reflect on the advances and limitations of inclusive education in Brazil, with emphasis on the contributions and challenges faced in the field of Physical Education at school, focusing on students within the Autism Spectrum. The methodology adopted is characterized as qualitative research of a bibliographic and documentary nature, based on the analysis of scientific publications and normative documents that guide inclusive education in Brazil. The results indicate that, although there is a consolidated legal framework and a significant increase in studies in the field, structural, pedagogical, and attitudinal barriers persist, hindering the effective implementation of inclusion in schools, such as fragile teacher training, insufficient resources, and the persistence of social stigmas. It is concluded that the consolidation of inclusive education requires profound transformations in pedagogical practices, school organization, and institutional culture, in order to ensure not only access but also participation and meaningful learning for all students. This type of organization is not observed in the municipality of Santa Quitéria do Maranhão. A investigação visa aprofundar a compreensão dos significados devocionais e simbólicos atribuídos à festa, a fim de evidenciar sua dimensão cultural, social, política e econômica, destacando como essas esferas se articulam na dinâmica da festa e na experiência dos participantes. A metodologia adotada para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa foi a pesquisa qualitativa, com a observação não participante e realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com os agentes e participantes do festejo. Também realizamos pesquisas bibliográficas, possibilitando a articulação entre referencial teórico que dialogam como a temática e as informações repassadas pelos agentes participantes da realidade estudada. Foram consideradas contribuições e análises diversas de obras de autores que trabalham a respeito do sagrado e profano como Mircea Eliade (1992, 1972), além de conteúdos sobre a dimensão simbólica das festas populares no Brasil, assuntos desenvolvidos por Rita Amaral (1998, 2001), Sergio Ferretti (2007) e Mary Del Priore (1994), entre outros documentos que oferecem subsídios relevantes para a compreensão do objeto investigado. Como resultados da pesquisa, consta-se que a festa religiosa, econômicas e simbólicas, tendo o vaqueiro como representação popular e a romaria como aproximação ao sagrado. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by the different agents involved in organizing the Festa dos Vaqueiros (Cowboy Festival) of São Raimundo Nonato dos Mulundus, especially considering the symbolic and devotional elements that mark public participation in the event. The investigation seeks to deepen the understanding of the devotional and symbolic meanings attributed to the festival, in order to highlight its cultural, social, political, and economic dimensions, emphasizing how these spheres are articulated in the dynamics of the festival and in the experience of the participants. The methodology adopted for the development of the research was qualitative research, with non-participant observation and semi-structured interviews with the agents and participants of the festival. We also conducted bibliographic research, enabling the articulation between theoretical frameworks that dialogue with the theme and the information provided by the agents participating in the studied reality. Various contributions and analyses of works by authors who study the sacred and the profane, such as Mircea Eliade (1992, 1972), were considered, in addition to content on the symbolic dimension of popular festivals in Brazil, topics developed by Rita Amaral (1998, 2001), Sergio Ferretti (2007) and Mary Del Priore (1994), among other documents that offer relevant subsidies for understanding the object investigated. As a result of the research, it is found that the festival is religious, economic and symbolic, with the cowboy as a popular representation and the pilgrimage as an approach to the sacred. Nesse sentido, este estudo tem por objetivo geral analisar a implementação da Lei 10.639/03 nos Anos Finais do Ensino Fundamental na Unidade de Ensino Antônio Martins Costa, localizada no Quilombo Saco das Almas em Brejo - MA. A pesquisa também sinaliza possíveis sugestões que visam a transformação do contexto investigado, como apresentar análise sobre a preparação dos professores à realidade dos alunos. Pretende-se conhecer o currículo e o planejamento escolar em relação à lei 10.639/2003; identificar a preparação dos professores em relação a esta temática; investigar como os professores incluem os saberes locais em suas práticas pedagógicas; analisar como as disciplinas abordam os conteúdos de História e Cultura Africana e Afro-brasileira. A metodologia adotada baseou-se em duas etapas: em pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, em fontes primárias e secundárias, como livros, artigos científicos, teses e documentos; a segunda etapa se deu pela pesquisa de campo, com aplicação de questionários e entrevista com professores e alunos. Os resultados encontrados na análise documental demonstram aspectos coloniais introjetados nas orientações pedagógicas dedicadas à Educação Escolar Quilombola, enquanto a pesquisa de campo constata as dificuldades dos professores na inclusão das temáticas sobre a História e Cultura Africana e Afro-brasileira, como também é identificada a necessidade de formação específica que atenda à realidade quilombola. Outro fato é a irregularidade entre a formação e atuação de professores nesta escola. Os dados coletados demonstram o conhecimento da Lei pela maioria dos professores, mas sua prática ainda é um desafio. ABSTRACT The implementation of Law 10.639/03 in the school curriculum aims to value African and Afro- Brazilian History and culture, as well as the groups of quilombola remnants, who fight for the recognition of their rights, including Quilombola School Education. The general objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of Law 10.639/03 in the final years of Elementary School at the Antônio Martins Costa Teaching Unit, located in Quilombo Saco das Almas in Brejo - MA. The research also signals possible suggestions aimed at transforming the investigated context, such as presenting analysis on the preparation of teachers to the reality of students. It is intended to know the curriculum and school planning in relation to law 10.639/2003, identify the preparation of teachers in relation to this theme, investigate how teachers include local knowledge in their pedagogical practices, analyze how the disciplines address the contents of Afro-Brazilian African History and Culture. The methodology adopted was based on two stages: in bibliographic and documentary research, in primary and secondary sources, such as books, scientific articles, theses and documents; the second stage was through field research, with application of questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students. The results found in the documentary analysis demonstrate colonial aspects introjected in the pedagogical guidelines dedicated to Quilombola School Education, while field research notes the difficulties of teachers in including the themes of African and Afro-Brazilian History and Culture, as well as the need for specific training that meets quilombola reality. Another fact is the irregularity between the training and performance of teachers in this school. The data collected demonstrate the knowledge of the Law by most teachers, but its practice is still a challenge. A partir da filosofia antiga, será realizada uma abordagem das ideias de pensa- dores como Zenão de Cítio, Epicuro, Marco Aurélio, Sêneca, com especial atenção à concepção de tranquilidade da alma em Sêneca, conforme exposta em sua obra Da tranquilidade da alma. Busca-se compreender de que modo tais ensinamentos podem influenciar a mente, servindo como uma forma de "terapia filosófica", e contribuindo para a formação de um modo de vida mais equilibrado e virtuoso. A metodologia adotada baseia-se na análise bibliográfica de obras de filósofos antigos e contemporâneos, com ênfase nos estudos de Pierre Hadot, especialmente no que se refere ao conceito de exercícios espirituais. Ao final, pretende-se mostrar como tais práticas filosóficas colaboram para a conquista da tranquilidade interior e o bem-estar do corpo, da alma e da mente. ABSTRACT This monograph aims to present a brief history of Stoicism, placing it within its historical con- text and analyzing the purposes of the works of some of its main representatives. Based on ancient philosophy, the study approaches the ideas of thinkers such as Zeno of Citium, Epicu- rus, Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, with special attention to Seneca’s conception of peace of mind, as expressed in his work On the Tranquility of the Soul. The research seeks to understand how such teachings can influence the mind, serving as a form of “philosophical therapy” and con- tributing to the development of a more balanced and virtuous way of life. The methodology is based on a bibliographic analysis of works by ancient and contemporary philosophers, with emphasis on the studies of Pierre Hadot, particularly regarding the concept of spiritual exer- cises. Finally, the study aims to show how such philosophical practices contribute to achieving inner tranquility and the well-being of the body, soul, and mind.
