Alfabetização nos anos Iniciais: obstáculos da aprendizagem para aquisição dos demais conhecimentos na educação rural.

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho tem como foco a análise do déficit de alfabetização nos anos iniciais da Escola Municipal Jardim das Estrelas, localizada no município de Codó. Ao longo da pesquisa, baseada nas concepções de Arroyo (2003), Kleiman (1995), Molina (1995) e Soares (2007), foram abordados os desafios enfrentados pelos alunos e educadores, considerando as particularidades socioeconômicas e culturais que permeiam a vida no campo. A educação do campo deve ser entendida como um direito fundamental, que busca não apenas a inserção da população rural no sistema educacional, mas também a valorização de suas identidades e saberes. O processo de alfabetização e letramento tem importância significativa na formação educacional do indivíduo, visto que é o início da vida escolar. É por meio desse processo que teremos uma estrutura com base em aprendizado de qualidade para aquisição dos demais conhecimentos. A demanda escolar para a população rural contida no território codoense é significante, e requer atenção dado o contingente de escolas e as exigências legais quanto a como se dá essa oferta. Nessa perspectiva, o presente trabalho se debruça a verificar a aplicação do art. 28 da LDB – Lei de Diretrizes e Bases, de 20/12/96, no que diz respeito às peculiaridades da vida rural, quanto aos aspectos preconizados em seus incisos I, II e III abordados em questão. Ao término do estudo foi possível, perceber que a importância de reconhecer a realidade e a problemática existente no déficit de alfabetização na educação do campo, a relevância que é tratar de um assunto tão sério, para a comunidade, mas também para o município em geral, pois é através dos bons resultados no processo de alfabetização é que poderemos ver onde pode chegar, ou não, o processo de alfabetização.Abstract: This study focuses on the analysis of the literacy deficit in the early grades of the Jardim das Estrelas Municipal School, located in the city of Codó. Throughout the research, the challenges faced by students and educators were addressed, considering the socioeconomic and cultural particularities that permeate life in the countryside. Rural education should be understood as a fundamental right, which seeks not only the inclusion of the rural population in the educational system, but also the valorization of their identities and knowledge. The literacy and literacy process is of significant importance in the educational formation of the individual, since it is the beginning of school life. It is through this process that we will have a structure based on quality learning for the acquisition of other knowledge. The school demand for the rural population contained in the territory of Codó is significant and requires attention given the contingent of schools and the legal requirements regarding how this provision is made. From this perspective, this study aims to verify the application of the legal provision, Art. 28 of the LDB/96, with regard to the peculiarities of rural life, regarding the aspects advocated in the three sections addressed in question. At the end of the study, it was possible to perceive the importance of recognizing the reality and the problems existing in the literacy deficit in rural education, the relevance of dealing with such a serious issue, for the community, but also for the municipality in general, because it is through the good results in the literacy process that we will be able to see where the literacy process can go, or not.
