“Sair da zona de conforto”: uma análise da percepção de egressos/as do Pibid/UFMA sobre a relação teórico-prática em Educação Física escolar

Abstract

RESUMO: Este estudo teve como objetivo compreender as implicações do Pibid/Educação Física - UFMA na articulação entre teoria e prática por bolsistas no período de 2023/2024. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, de caráter descritivo-analítico, realizada por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com egressos/as do Programa, buscando identificar suas experiências e percepções durante a participação. A análise das falas evidenciou quatro temas centrais: desafios na formação inicial e as contribuições do Pibid para a articulação teórico-prática; a fragmentação entre teoria e prática; a teoria como exigência para a prática; e a práxis pedagógica como articulação teórico-prática e identidade docente. Concluímos, que o Pibid se constitui como aliado fundamental na formação inicial em Educação Física, favorecendo o desenvolvimento da práxis pedagógica e a constituição de docentes críticos/as, capazes de refletir, intervir e transformar a realidade escolar, ainda que persista, pontualmente, uma visão fragmentada entre teoria e prática. Destacamos, em função disso, a importância da continuidade e o fortalecimento do Programa para que seja plenamente efetivo em seus objetivos, sendo indispensável para a qualificação da formação docente e para fomentar a articulação teórico-prática, promovendo a constituição de docentes autores/as de seu fazer, não meramente reprodutores/as da teoria elaboradora por outros sujeitos. ABSTRACT: This study aimed to understand the implications of the Pibid/Physical Education – UFMA in the articulation between theory and practice by scholarship holders during the period of 2022/2023. It is a qualitative research, of a descriptive-analytical nature, conducted through semi-structured interviews with program graduates, seeking to identify their experiences and perceptions during participation. The analysis of the statements revealed four central themes: challenges in initial training and the contributions of Pibid to the theoretical-practical articulation; the fragmentation between theory and practice; theory as a requirement for practice; and pedagogical praxis as theoretical-practical articulation and teacher identity. We conclude that Pibid constitutes a fundamental ally in the initial training in Physical Education, favoring the development of pedagogical praxis and the formation of critical teachers, capable of reflecting, intervening, and transforming the school reality, even though a fragmented view between theory and practice still persists in some cases. We emphasize, therefore, the importance of the continuity and strengthening of the Program so that it may be fully effective in its objectives, being

indispensable for the qualification of teacher education and for fostering theoretical- practical articulation, promoting the formation of teachers as authors of their

practice, not merely reproducers of theories elaborated by others.
