dc.description	This work aims to analyze the performance of the 2nd Center for Judicial Settlement and Mediation (CEJUSC) in Imperatriz, in order to more broadly understand the impact of conciliation on accelerating access to justice. Through the investigation of the practices adopted, the results achieved, and the challenges faced by the institution, it will be possible to identify both the benefits and the possible limitations of this conflict resolution model. In addition, the analysis will allow for reflection on how conciliation can be better integrated into the judicial system as a whole, contributing to the construction of a more efficient and accessible justice system. To this end, a quantitative analysis was used to understand the impact caused by the Center during its two years of operation in the city of Imperatriz. Finally, this study aims not only to provide a descriptive analysis of the functioning of the 2nd CEJUSC (Center for Judicial Settlement and Mediation) of Imperatriz, but also, by highlighting the importance of conciliation as an essential tool for faster access to justice, it hopes to contribute to the construction of a more effective and inclusive judicial system, capable of meeting the demands of society more efficiently and satisfactorily.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	Este trabalho tem como principal objetivo analisar a atuação do 2º Centro Judiciáro de Solução de Conflitos e Cidadania (CEJUSC) de Imperatriz, para compreender de forma mais ampla o impacto da conciliação na aceleração do acesso à justiça. Através da investigação das práticas adotadas, dos resultados alcançados e dos desafios enfrentados pela instituição, será possível identificar tanto os benefícios quanto as possíveis limitações desse modelo de resolução de conflitos. Além disso, a análise permitirá uma reflexão sobre como a conciliação pode ser melhor integrada ao sistema judiciário como um todo, contribuindo para a construção de uma justiça mais eficiente e acessível. Para tanto, ultilizou-se uma analise quantitativa buscando entender o impacto causado pelo Centro durante os dois anos de atuação do mesmo na cidade de Imperatriz. Por fim, este estudo visa não apenas fornecer uma análise descritiva do funcionamento do 2º CEJUSC de Imperatriz, mas também, ao destacar a importância da conciliação como uma ferramenta essencial para um acesso mais rápido à justiça, espera-se contribuir para a construção de um sistema judiciário mais eficaz e inclusivo, capaz de atender às demandas da sociedade de forma mais eficiente e satisfatória.	pt_BR
