ABSTRACT The victims affected by clinical conditions that destabilize their vital condition require early and qualified intervention, such as the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU), which enables a reduction in the number of deaths, sequelae and length of hospital stay. An exploratory-descriptive study of a quantitative nature, with the purpose of describing the clinical disorders of children, adults and elderly people attended by SAMU-192 from São Luís, Maranhão, Brazil. Data collection took place at the Emergency and Emergency Medical Regulation Center of SAMU-192 São Luís in October and November of 2018, in which the Individual Medical Regulation Form was used. The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA) under number 2,935,029. The results were ordered in the program Microsoft Office Excel 2013, and the variables studied had the frequencies and percentages calculated, from which they were analyzed and interpreted. The sample consisted of 297 patients. A total of 220 (74.1%) general medical conditions, 33 (11.1%) clinical psychiatric, 32 (10.8%) pediatric clinicians and 12 (4%) obstetric clinicians were identified. In the general clinical condition, the neurological cause was prevalent - 45 (20.5%) and cardiologic - 43 (19.5%); in the psychiatric clinic, aggressiveness and agitation - 11 (33.3%); (34.4%) and neurological and respiratory, both - 4 (12.5%) and in the obstetric clinic, the uterine contraction - 3 (24%). In the general clinical conditions, the elderly - 124 (41.8%), were elderly; in the psychiatric clinics the age group of 21 to 30 years - 15 (5%); in pediatric clinics the maximum age was ten years - 21 (7.1%) and in obstetric patients from 11 to 20 years - 5 (1.7%). Adult / elderly individuals presented hypertension - 79 (26.6%) and glycemic alteration - 116 (39.1%). Four (1.3%) children and adolescents presented a change in pressure level. No children and adolescents with glycemic alteration were identified. The Tirirical health districts - 60 (20.2%) and Bequimão - 50 (16.8%) received more care. The prevalent type of ambulance was the basic life support - 248 (83.5%). More than half - 236 (79.5%) of the visits occurred at home and 24 (8.1%) at the hospital. The arrival at the place of attendance obtained an average of 13 minutes. In the outcome of the victims, the hospital predominated - 244 (82.2%) and - 15 (5.1%) died on the spot. All appointments classified as red, had advanced life support. It was evidenced a deficit in the filling of the records in the psychiatric consultations. The findings contribute topt_BR
