| Abstract: | O objetivo do presente trabalho é abordar a possibilidade de montar toda a estrutura de um escritório virtual utilizando-se apenas software livre considerando a evolução das tecnologias e o surgimento de novos nichos de trabalho. Veremos inicialmente a definição de sistemas de informação e seus tipos. Em seguida veremos como a tecnologia da informação é utilizada para automatizar um escritório, bem como a definição de um escritório virtual e seus benefícios para profissionais de TI. Mais adiante serão apresentados as ferramentas e seus tipos (software livre e software proprietário) que podem ser utilizadas em um escritório virtual, vantagens e desvantagens de cada, dando maior ênfase no uso do software livre para automação de um escritório virtual. Por fim, mostra-se um estudo de caso onde é apresentado um software gerencial para escritório virtual, neste caso, um software virtual, criado utilizando-se somente software livre e também apontar uma sugestão para trabalhos futuros nessa área. |
| Description: | ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to discuss the possibility of mounting the entire structure of a virtual office using only free software considering the evolution of technology and the emergence of new employment niches. Initially we will see the development of information systems and their types. Then we will see how information technology is used to automate an office as well as the definition of a virtual office and its benefits for IT professionals. Further tools and their types will be presented (free software and proprietary software) that can be used in a virtual office, advantages and disadvantages of each, placing greater emphasis on the use of free software for automation of a virtual office. Finally, it shows a case study where a management software for virtual office is shown in this case a virtual software, created using only free software and also point a suggestion for future work in this area. |
