| Resumo: | Esta pesquisa tem por finalidade (re) conhecer o saber envolvido no ofício das lavadeiras do município de Codó-MA, ocorrido entre os anos de 1950 a 1980, e abordá-lo como um patrimônio cultural imaterial que se perdeu e que ficou registrado apenas na memória das antigas lavadeiras. De acordo com o Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico Artístico e Nacional (2000) –IPHAN, patrimônio cultural imaterial são bens culturais que dizem respeito àquelas práticas e domínios da vida social que se manifestam em saberes, ofícios e modos de fazer; celebrações; formas de expressão cênicas, plásticas, musicais. A partir do estudo de patrimônio cultural pode-se compreender que este ofício constitui-se patrimônio cultural de natureza imaterial, e enquadra-se na categoria dos Saberes. Em razão da inexistência de fontes bibliográficas sobre o ofício, a metodologia empregada na pesquisa foi baseada em fontes orais, através de entrevistas realizadas com oito mulheres que relataram suas vivências e experiências como lavadeiras. |
| Descrição: | This research aims to (re) know the knowledge involved in the craft of the washerwomen of the municipality of Codó-MA, between the years of 1950 and 1980. And to approach it as an immaterial cultural heritage that was lost and remembered only in the memory of the old washerwomen. According to the IPHAN, immaterial cultural heritage is related to those practices and domains of social life that manifest themselves in knowledge, crafts and ways of doing; celebrations; forms of expression, scenic, plastic, and musical. From the study of cultural heritage can be understood that this craft constitutes cultural heritage of immaterial nature, and falls within the category of knowledge. Due to the of bibliographic sources about the craft, the methodology used in the research was based oral sources, through interviews with eigth women who reported their experiences and experiences as washerwomen. |
