dc.description | ABSTRACT This study entitled “Barriers Facing Physical Education Teachers in Classes for Visually Impaired Students” aims to investigate the main difficulties that physical education teachers face in teaching their classes to visually impaired students. Seeking to know if there is a curriculum preparation, in relation to teachers, to work with these students, what are the biggest obstacles faced and their evaluations of their own classes, in relation to quality, for visually impaired students. Also checking the physical structure of the school to receive students with this disability. The methodology used was a questionnaire based on the article by OLIVEIRA (2015) with 20 questions, 9 open and 11 closed. A total of 4 physical education teachers participated and all agreed to answer the questionnaire without any difficulty after a visit to 10 schools. Some had no physical education teachers and some had a dropout of visually impaired students. Concluding that, there is always a difficulty for the classes, from the lack of materials to the overcrowding of the classrooms. | pt_BR |
