As contribuições do estágio em plantão psicológico para a formação em psicologia

Abstract

RESUMO Os estágios supervisionados em Psicologia visam preparar os estudantes para o exercício ético e profissional, por meio do aprimoramento de competências características da profissão de psicólogo. Desse modo, tal etapa envolve uma relação harmônica entre elementos centrais do contínuo processo de formação: de um lado, a experiência do professor supervisor e do outro lado o percurso dos próprios estudantes. Nesse contexto, o Plantão Psicológico, enquanto modalidade democrática de atendimento em Psicologia, apresenta-se como um facilitador de aprendizagem, o qual proporciona o desenvolvimento das habilidades do profissional de Psicologia. Além disso, essa atividade de estágio tem grande potencial de promoção e prevenção da saúde, haja vista se assume como uma prática abrangente conhecida por oferecer não só a formação acadêmica, mas também a prontidão e o acolhimento frente às queixas e demandas emergenciais da comunidade, uma porta de entrada das pessoas atendidas à rede de atenção psicossocial. Nesse sentido, este estudo tem por objetivo geral: investigar, através de um levantamento bibliográfico, estudos sobre experiências de estágio em Plantão Psicológico no Brasil. Para isso, realizou-se uma revisão bibliográfica em cinco bases de dados (SciELO, PePSIC e LILACS e Portal de Periódicos CAPES), de trabalhos produzidos no período de 2000 a 2020, representando o intervalo dos últimos vinte anos. A pesquisa utilizou-se dos descritores: “estágio” AND “plantão psicológico” e “formação” AND “plantão psicológico”. A busca selecionou sete artigos em língua portuguesa, que foram analisados segundo algumas dimensões, tais como: os sentimentos presentes no primeiro atendimento, a relação entre plantonista e cliente/comunidade, as contribuições do Plantão Psicológico para a formação acadêmica de Psicologia e a supervisão e o papel do supervisor no estágio Plantão Psicológico. Verificou-se, portanto, que o Plantão Psicológico proporciona ao estudante de Psicologia a vivência de uma realidade desafiadora, que se diferencia da clínica tradicional e possibilita o desenvolvimento de senso crítico e compromisso social. ___ ABSTRACT The supervised internships in Psychology aim to prepare students for ethical and professional exercise, through the improvement of skills characteristic of the psychology profession. In this way, such a stage involves a harmonic relationship between the central elements of the ongoing training process: on the one hand, the experience of the supervising teacher and, on the other hand, the path of the students themselves. In this context, the Psychological Duty - as a democratic modality of care in Psychology - presents itself as a learning facilitator, which provides the development of the skills of the Psychology professional. In addition, this internship activity has great potential for health promotion and prevention, since it is seen as a comprehensive practice known for offering not only academic training, but also readiness and welcome in the face of complaints and emergency demands from the community - a gateway for the people assisted to the psychosocial care network. In this sense, this study aims to investigate, through a bibliographic survey, studies on internship experiences in Psychological Duty in Brazil. For this purpose, a bibliographic review was conducted in five databases (SciELO, PePSIC and LILACS and CAPES Periodical Portal), from 2000 to 2020, representing the interval of the last twenty years. The research used the descriptors: "internship" AND "psychological duty" and "training" AND "psychological duty". The search selected seven articles in Portuguese language, which were analyzed according to some dimensions, such as: Fears and anxieties of the first care, the relationship between student of psychology on duty and client/community, the contributions of the psychological duty to the academic formation of Psychology and the supervision and role of the supervisor in the psychological duty internship. Therefore, it has been verified that the Psychological Duty provides the student of Psychology with the experience of a challenging reality, which differs from the traditional clinic and allows the development of critical sense and social commitment.
