Sexualidades e gêneros: uma análise sobre as publicações da revista Psicologia Escolar e Educacional

Abstract

RESUMO O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso se propõe mapear as publicações sobre gêneros e sexualidades presentes na Revista Psicologia Escolar e Educacional da Associação Brasileira de Psicologia Escolar e Educacional (ABRAPEE). A pesquisa surge de um questionamento, a respeito da importância dada a essa temática por uma revista com alta representatividade entre profissionais e estudantes que atuam e estudam Psicologia Escolar e Educacional. O objetivo de mapear se estruturou a partir de uma metodologia denominada Estado da Arte onde se categoriza e se analisa as produções após a leitura do material já produzido. Os artigos coletados são provenientes do próprio site da revista e foram selecionados a partir de descritores em torno das temáticas “gêneros” e/ou “sexualidades”. A coleta desses materiais se estendeu desde as primeiras produções da revista em 1996 até 2019. Os resultados obtidos indicaram uma escassez de produções, como também uma ausência de discussões relativas à temática nos anos iniciais da revista. Por fim, concluímos que profissionais e estudantes da Psicologia na Educação precisam desenvolver a pesquisa e a publicação em torno da diversidade sexual e de gênero, de modo a oferecer de maneira mais ampliada as contribuições da área para a problematização da temática no campo educacional. ____ ABSTRACT This course completion work aims to map publications on genres and sexualities present in the Journal of School and Educational Psychology of the Brazilian Association School and Educational Psychology (ABRAPEE). The research arises from a question, the respect for the importance given to this theme by a journal with high representation among professionals and students who work and study School and Educational Psychology. The goal of mapping was structured from a methodology called State of the Art where categorizes and analyzes the productions after reading the material already produced. The articles collected come from the journal's own website and were selected from descriptors around of the themes "genders" and/or "sexualities". The collection of these materials has been extended since the first productions of the magazine in 1996 until 2019. The results obtained indicated a shortage of productions, as well as an absence of discussions related to the theme in the early years of the magazine. Finally, we conclude that Psychology in Education professionals and students need to develop research and publication around sexual and gender diversity, in order to offer more broadly the contributions of the area to the problematization of the theme in the educational field.
