A (des) motivação de professores e alunos no processo de ensino e aprendizagem: uma revisão bibliográfica

Abstract

RESUMO O artigo discutiu sobre o papel da motivação no processo de ensino- aprendizagem, e elencou fatores que interferem no aprender e ensinar. A pesquisa de cunho qualitativa, fundamentada em um estudo bibliográfico. Selecionaram-se artigos que subsidiaram a discussão e com intuito de atingir o objetivo. Observou-se que a motivação é imprescindível no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. O professor precisa estar motivado para desempenhar sua função e fatores como falta de interesse, de formação e de recursos tecnológicos contribuem para a desmotivação. É necessário a escola identificar os fatores que influenciam a desmotivação de forma a buscar possíveis soluções. ____ ABSTRACT The article discussed the role of motivation in the teaching-learning process, and listed factors that interfere with learning and teaching. Qualitative research, based on a bibliographic study. Articles were selected that supported the discussion and in order to achieve the objective. It was observed that motivation is essential in the teaching and learning process. The teacher needs to be motivated to perform his / her role and factors such as lack of interest, training and technological resources contribute to demotivation. It is necessary for the school to identify the factors that influence demotivation in order to seek possible solutions.
