dc.descriptionABSTRACT The Centers for Child and Youth Psychosocial Care (Capsi) are specialized mental health services that offer treatment and social reintegration for children and adolescents with severe and persistent mental disorders. This treatment is provided by a multiprofessional team, among which the psychologist is present. In this sense, the present study aimed to discuss the role of the psychologist in the treatment offered at Capsi and the possible contributions of Psychoanalysis in the field of Child and Teen Mental Health. The work began by discussing the historical aspects of the inclusion of children and adolescents in the public policies of Mental Health in Brazil and the creation of the Capsi device. Then, the role of the psychologist in the Capsi and his work with the user, the family and the other professionals of the service was discussed. In the last chapter, the discussion is about psychiatry, diagnosis and mental health, and how psychoanalysis can contribute by building new openings in psychiatric treatment, so that the subjective dimension is not lost in the face of diagnoses.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractRESUMO Os Centros de Atenção Psicossocial Infantojuvenil (Capsi) são serviços especializados em saúde mental que oferecem tratamento e reinserção social para crianças e adolescentes portadoras de transtornos mentais graves e persistentes. Esse tratamento oferecido é realizado por uma equipe multiprofissional, dentre eles, está presente o psicólogo. Neste sentido, o presente estudo objetivou discutir a atuação do psicólogo no tratamento oferecido no Capsi e as possíveis contribuições da Psicanálise no campo da Saúde Mental Infantojuvenil. Iniciou- se o trabalho discorrendo sobre aspectos históricos da inclusão de crianças e adolescentes nas políticas públicas em Saúde Mental no Brasil e a criação do dispositivo Capsi. Em seguida, discutiu-se a atuação do psicólogo no Capsi e o trabalho deste com o usuário, a família e os outros profissionais do serviço. No último capítulo, a discussão versou sobre a psiquiatria, diagnóstico e saúde mental, e como a psicanálise pode contribuir construindo novas aberturas no tratamento psiquiátrico, de modo que a dimensão subjetiva não fique perdida perante os diagnósticos.pt_BR
