| Abstract: | RESUMO Este trabalho visa compreender o Sistema eletrônico de Compras (SEC) de uma Fundação de Apoio ao Ensino. Para tanto foram colhidas informações a respeito do sistema eletrônico de compras por meio de entrevistas, uma com o objetivo de conhecer a percepção da fundação a respeito do seu sistema eletrônico de compras, e outra com objetivo de compreender as características do SEC, foi realizado também uma pesquisa com as empresas fornecedores da Fundação com o propósito de conhecer suas aceitações a respeito do SEC. O Referencial teórico foi criado a respeito do tema Licitação, Seleção Publica e SEC, para dar embasamento para que a análise fosse feita da melhor forma. |
| Description: | ABSTRACT This paper aims to understand the Electronic Purchasing System (SEC) of a Teaching Support Foundation. To this end, information about the electronic purchasing system was collected through interviews, one with the purpose of knowing the foundation's perception of its electronic purchasing system, and the other with the purpose of understanding the characteristics of the SEC. a survey of Foundation supplier companies to learn about their acceptance of the SEC. The theoretical framework was created on the subject of Bidding, Public Selection and SEC, to support the analysis in the best way. |
