dc.description	A child's learning is conditioned by several specific factors that can be internal or external to this being. Thus, the family is one of the great factors that influence this learning process, since this is the environment where the child spends most of his day and where the learning process begins in the family, as it is the first environment with the which she interacts. The school then emerges as a means to complete the family's action, thus fully requiring the maintenance of a good relationship with it so that the child can have a good development, in the physical, psychological, intellectual and social aspects. Thus the action of both is essential for the child to achieve a good development. Thus, this study arose from the interest of knowing the effects of family participation in the students' teaching-learning process. The objective of this work is to understand the relevance of the family for the learning of students in the initial series of Elementary School, starting from the analysis and understanding of different bibliographies that deal with the subject. Assuming that the relationship between family and school environment is beneficial for the student in the early grades of Elementary School, an assessment will be made about the aspects involving the introduction of the family in the school context in a more complex way.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	A aprendizagem de uma criança está condicionada diversos fatores específicos e que podem ser internos ou externos a este ser. Assim a família é um dos grandes fatores que influenciam nesse processo de aprendizagem, uma vez que esta é o meio onde a criança passa a maior parte de seu dia e onde processo de aprendizagem inicia-se na família, por ser o primeiro meio com o qual ela interage. A escola surge então como um meio completar a ação da família, necessitando assim, plenamente, da manutenção de uma boa relação com esta para que se possa ter um bom desenvolvimento da criança, nos aspectos físico, psicológico, intelectual e social. Assim a ação de ambos é fundamental para que a criança consiga um bom desenvolvimento. Desta forma, este estudo surgiu do interesse de conhecer os efeitos de participação da família no processo ensino-aprendizagem dos alunos. O objetivo deste trabalho é entender qual a relevância da família para a aprendizagem dos alunos das series iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, partindo da análise e compreensão de bibliografias diversas que tratem sobre a temática. Partindo do pressuposto que a relação entre família e ambiente escolar é benéfica para o aluno das series iniciais do Ensino Fundamental será elaborada uma apreciação acerca dos aspectos que envolvem a introdução da família no contexto escolar de modo mais complexo.	pt_BR
