A violência psicológica nas mulheres que vivenciam relacionamento abusivo, a partir da perspectiva gestáltica

Abstract

RESUMO A violência contra as mulheres é um problema social antigo, mas ultimamente é possível perceber um aumento nos números de casos no país. Os principais responsáveis pelas ações violentas contra as mulheres são os seus próprios companheiros afetivos. Dentre os tipos de violências sofridas pelas mulheres, a psicológica ainda é a menos falada e a mais difícil de ser percebida, seja pela naturalização de comportamentos violentos, que são vistos como naturais e toleráveis dentro de uma relação, ou seja pela introjeção de características e papeis impostos pela sociedade. Desta forma, é necessário compreender a relação entre violência contra as mulheres e gênero, as relações de poder implicadas, papeis desempenhados por cada um e como isso pode fomentar as desigualdades entre os gêneros. Assim, esta pesquisa propôs-se a analisar como a violência psicológica afeta a vida das mulheres que passam por relacionamentos abusivos, a partir da perspectiva gestáltica. Para isto, além de traçar uma contextualização entre violência contra a mulher e gênero, apresenta-se a dinâmica da violência psicológica no relacionamento abusivo, os principais conceitos da Gestalt-terapia, e uma análise do fenômeno da violência psicológica no relacionamento abusivo a partir de reflexões da abordagem citada. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica que compreende a temática abordada, através de uma análise qualitativa dos dados, com base na perspectiva da abordagem gestáltica para compreensão do fenômeno aqui investigado. Diante da análise dos resultados foi possível concluir que as mulheres que passam por situações de violência psicológica nos relacionamentos abusivos apresentam dificuldade na percepção de si mesma e do meio em que se encontram, pois não estão aware além de não conseguirem manter contatos de maneira saudável e ajustarem-se disfuncionalmente, o que gera danos no psiquismo como: baixa autoestima, medo, culpa, insegurança, incapacidade em exercer a sua liberdade e autonomia e autoimagem distorcida.__ABSTRACT Violence against women is an old social problem, but lately it is possible to see an increase in the number of cases in the country. The main responsible for violent actions against women are their own affective partners. Among the types of violence suffered by women, psychological violence is still the least spoken and the most difficult to be perceived, either by the naturalization of violent behaviors, which are seen as natural and tolerable within a relationship, or by the introjection of characteristics and roles imposed by society. Thus, it is necessary to understand the relationship between violence against women and gender, the relations of power implicated, the roles played by each one and how this can foster inequalities between genders. In this way, this research proposed to analyze how psychological violence affects the lives of women that go through abusive relationships, from a gestalt perspective. For this, in addition to outlining a context between violence against women and gender, it presents the dynamics of psychological violence in abusive relationships, the main concepts of Gestalt-therapy, and an analysis of the phenomenon of psychological violence in abusive relationships from reflections of the aforementioned approach. This is a bibliographic search that includes the theme addressed, through a qualitative analysis of the data, based on the perspective of the gestalt approach to understand the phenomenon investigated here. In view of the analysis of the results, it was possible to conclude that women who go through situations of psychological violence in abusive relationships have difficulty in perceiving themselves and the environment in which they find themselves, because they are not aware, in addition to not being able to maintain contacts in a healthy way and dysfunctionally adjusting themselves, which generates damage to the psyche such as: low self-esteem, fear, guilt, insecurity, inability to exercise their freedom and autonomy and distorted self-image.
