| Resumo: | RESUMO O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar as estratégias utilizadas pela escola no enfrentamento das manifestações do bullying no ambiente escolar. O bullying é um fenômeno amplo e complexo que atinge diversas faixas etárias, ocorrendo não só no ambiente escolar, mas também fora da escola, causando sofrimento às vítimas pelas ações repetitivas e podendo trazer problemas tanto no presente como futuramente. Desse modo, falar sobre bullying é relevante para que haja a conscientização de todos os envolvidos direta e indiretamente. A metodologia utilizada consiste em uma pesquisa de natureza quantitativa, de conteúdo exploratório/descritivo, através da pesquisa de campo. Os resultados demonstram que o bullying vem crescendo nas escolas, causando dor e sofrimento psicológico em suas vítimas, não podendo ser encarado como algo inofensivo. Assim, conclui- se que é importante haver uma parceria escola e família no combate ao bullying, como também é necessário desenvolver atividades relacionadas ao tema na sala de aula, visando a prevenção para que sejam minimizadas as consequências desses atos na vida adulta dos adolescentes. |
| Descrição: | ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the strategies used by the school to cope with the manifestations of bullying in the school environment. Bullying is a broad and complex phenomenon that affects various age groups, occurring not only in the school environment, but also outside the school, causing suffering to victims through repetitive actions and may cause problems both now and in the future. Thus, talking about bullying is relevant to raising awareness of all stakeholders directly and indirectly. The methodology used consists of a quantitative research, exploratory / descriptive content, through field research. The results show that bullying has been growing in schools, causing pain and psychological suffering in its victims, and can not be seen as harmless. Thus, it is concluded that it is important to have a school and family partnership in the fight against bullying, as it is also necessary to develop activities related to the theme in the classroom, aiming at prevention so that the consequences of these acts in the adult life of adolescents are minimized. |
