O lugar das inteligências pessoais na escola.

Abstract

RESUMO: A educação é o agente principal na construção do ser social. A respeito dessa questão, evidenciamos o quanto se faz necessário reforçar e dialogar sobre o Lugar das Inteligências Pessoais, a fim de promover o respeito às diferentes, a consciência coletiva e intrapessoal, favorecendo a socialização saudável entre os integrantes do corpo escolar. Aprender sobre nós mesmos e a relação com o outro, modifica e amplia a nossa visão de mundo, tornando os seres mais responsáveis e sabedores dos seus múltiplos papéis na sociedade. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi a de analisar o lugar das Inteligências Pessoais na escola, através das contribuições de Howard Gardner, teórico das Inteligências Múltiplas e outros escritores que aplicaram seus conhecimentos baseados em sua teoria. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo, de campo e bibliográfica, utilizou-se como instrumento de coleta de dados o questionário com perguntas abertas e fechadas, com quatro professores da rede municipal e estadual, sendo dois do município de São José de Ribamar e outro dois de São Luís. Os resultados indicaram as contribuições das inteligências pessoais para o crescimento individual e coletivo dos estudantes, além de averiguar o espaço dado ao desenvolvimento dessa aprendizagem. Recolheu-se, conjuntamente, as sugestões e possibilidades estratégicas, tanto dos estudos bibliográficos quanto dos participantes alvo desta investigação. Conclui-se que as inteligências pessoais ainda precisam ganhar mais espaço nas escolas estudadas e que a formação continuada surge como um aporte para fortalecimento de professores mediadores das relações interpessoais e intrapessoais.___ABSTRACT: Education is the main agent in the construction of social being. Regarding this issue, we highlight how much it is necessary to strengthen and dialogue on the Place of Personal Intelligences in order to promote respect for different, collective and intrapessoal consciousness, favoring healthy socialization among members of the school body. Learning about ourselves and the relationship with others, modifies and broadens our worldview, making beings more responsible and aware of their multiple roles in society. The objective of this research was to analyze the place of Personal Intelligences in school, through the contributions of Howard Gardner, theorist of Multiple Intelligences and other writers who applied their knowledge based on his theory. It is qualitative research, field and bibliographic, and was used as an instrument of data collection the questionnaire with open and closed questions, with four teachers from municipal and state, two from the municipality of São José de Ribamar and another two from São Luís. The results indicated the contributions of personal intelligences to the individual and collective growth of students, as well as investigating the space given to the development of this learning. The suggestions and strategic possibilities of both bibliographic studies and of the target participants of this research were collected. It is concluded that the personal intelligences still need to gain more space in the schools studied and that continuing education appears as a contribution to strengthen teacher’s mediators of interpersonal and intrapersonal relations.
