Manifestações de Bullying na Escola: uma investigação sobre o papel do docente na identificação e enfrentamento desse problema

Abstract

RESUMO: O bullying é uma forma de violência que se caracteriza pela falta de motivação aparente, pela forma repetitiva das ações, a partir de relações de poder, afetando crianças e adolescentes no mundo todo. Por apresentar causas diversas, como fatores sociais, históricos, sociais, culturais, além da relação familiar e de outros meios que influenciam na construção da agressividade no indivíduo, e consequências catastróficas, surgiu a necessidade de elaborar o problema de pesquisa que consiste em entender como o docente do ensino fundamental age na identificação e enfrentamento do bullying. Os demais objetivos consistiram em identificar os tipos de bullying e os contextos em que ocorrem; conhecer os personagens e as consequências dessas manifestações e reconhecer como o docente deve lidar com o bullying a fim de prevenir essa questão. Para isso foi usada a pesquisa bibliográfica como metodologia, além da abordagem qualitativa que contou como instrumento de pesquisa a entrevista semiestruturada com professoras da rede pública do município de São Luís- MA. A pesquisa aponta que o bullying apresenta dificuldade na sua identificação devido à falta de diferenciação com outras formas de violência, nas manifestações que ocorrem, muitas vezes, de forma velada, no silêncio das vítimas e na rotina escolar agitada. A partir da pesquisa, pudemos concluir que a formação continuada e o oferecimento de condições adequadas de trabalho caracterizam pilares fundamentais para o desenvolvimento de práticas educativas que minimizarão os casos de bullying e a gravidade das suas consequências.__ABSTRACT Bullying is a form of violence characterized by an apparent loss of motivation, a repetitive way of acting, through power relations, affecting children and teenagers worldwide. Since it can be presented by diverse causes, such as social, historical and cultural factors, also the family relation and other means which influence in the construction of an individual's aggressivity, and by catastrophical consequences, arose the necessity to elaborate the research problem that consists in the understanding of how a elementary school professor acts in the identification and tackling of bullying. The remaining objectives consists in identifying the types of bullying and the contexts in which they occur; be acquainted to the characters and consequences of these manifestations and acknowledge how professors must deal with bullying to prevent this question. For this the bibliographical research was used as methodology, in addition to a qualitative approach made by using as an instrument of research a semi estructured interview with professors from the public municipal system of São Luís - MA. The research signals that the bullying presents a difficulty in its identification due to an absence of differentiation with other forms of violence, in manifestations that occur, oftentimes, in a concealed way, in the silence of the victims and a busy school routine. From this research, we can conclude that the continued formation and the offering of adequate working conditions characterize fundamental pillars for the development of educational practices that will minimize cases of bullying and the gravity of its consequences.
