| Resumo: | Introdução: O trabalho aborda a construção e validação de uma cartilha educativa voltada à instrução em relação ao financiamento do SUS direcionada a conselheiros de saúde. Materiais educativos são ferramentas fundamentais para o ensino-aprendizado, utilizados em diversas áreas do conhecimento e construídos de várias formas. Devem ser produzidos com foco nas necessidades do público-alvo e com adequação de linguagem, preferencialmente validados. Objetivo: elaborar um material educativo acerca do financiamento do SUS para conselheiros de saúde. Método: trata-se de uma pesquisa metodológica, cujo desenvolvimento foi composto pelas etapas de seleção de conteúdos teóricos, produção textual em formato de perguntas e respostas, diagramação da cartilha e validação por juízes, por meio do instrumento de pesquisa Suitability Assessment of Materials. Os dados foram analisados estatisticamente, resultando em um Índice de Validade de Conteúdo. Resultado: A validação da cartilha envolveu 11 especialistas em saúde, com alto nível de qualificação, resultando em um Índice de Validade de Conteúdo Global de 97,58%. Os domínios avaliados incluíram exatidão científica, conteúdo, linguagem, layout, ilustrações, estimulação e motivação do aprendizado e cultura com destaque para a relevância e clareza do material. Ajustes foram sugeridos em linguagem e ilustrações para maior acessibilidade. Conclusão: o material educativo poderá trazer impacto satisfatório na formação de conselheiros de saúde e promover o fortalecimento do controle social. |
| Descrição: | Introduction: This paper deals with the construction and validation of an educational booklet aimed at educating health counsellors about SUS financing. Educational materials are fundamental tools for teaching and learning, used in different fields of knowledge and constructed in different ways. They should be produced with a focus on the needs of the target audience and with appropriate language, preferably validated. The work is justified by the knowledge gap among health counselors regarding the understanding of legislation and regulations concerning health financing. The research emphasizes the importance of strengthening social control and the need for materials that facilitate the training and performance of counselors' roles. Objective: To develop educational material on SUS financing for health counselors. Method: This is a methodological study comprising the stages of selecting theoretical content, producing textual material in a question-andanswer format, booklet layout design, and validation by specialists using the Suitability Assessment of Materials instrument. Data were statistically analyzed, resulting in an Content Validity Index. Results: The validation of the booklet involved 11 health experts with a high level of qualification, resulting in a Global Content Validity Index of 97.58%. The evaluated domains included scientific accuracy, content, language, layout, illustrations, learning stimulation and motivation, and culture, with an emphasis on the material's relevance and clarity. Adjustments were suggested for language and illustrations to improve accessibility. Conclusion: The educational material is expected to significantly impact the training of health counselors and has the potential to strengthen social control in its various aspects, thereby enhancing the SUS. |
