| Resumo: | É por meio de relatos de experiências na execução do estágio curricular supervisionado, depois de todas as investigações da diretoria, das estruturas de espaços, os recursos didáticos e pedagógicos empregados na escola proponente, e, também as atividades de regência que foram executadas sob orientação dos professores da referida escola estagiada, bem como todos os ensinamentos, orientações e supervisões do professor Jônatas Ferreira de Moura que este trabalho foi desenvolvido. Cumprindo com o interesse de retratar a importância de o aluno de licenciatura em Pedagogia estudar a disciplina Estágio Curricular Supervisionado e, cumprir com as atividades de estágio de formação de formadores feito em campo, numa escola designada. Tendo como questão ou objetivos de pesquisa, a experiência no Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Formação de Formadores contribuiu para minha formação docente? Os objetivos são os seguintes: 1. Narrar a experiência do Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Formação de Formadores; 2. Analisar as contribuições do Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Formação de Formadores, para minha autoformação; 3. Identificar as problemáticas encontradas no desenvolvimento do Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Formação de Formadores. Mas também sendo apresentado neste trabalho uma parte de revisão bibliográfica quando diferentes teóricos foram citados como: (MOURA, 2019), (BRITO; MOURA, 2021), (GARCIA, 2016), (CONDE; ASSUNÇÃO, 2016), (TOZETO, 2017), (RODRIGUES et al, 2017) (LINHARES, 2014) dentre outros devidamente citados e relacionados nas referências do presente trabalho. Uma vez sendo o estágio de formação de formadores realizado entre os meses de agosto e dezembro do ano de 2022 numa escola da cidade de Grajaú-MA, os resultados de aprendizagem se fizeram satisfatório, pois, houve grande aproximação com o campo profissional depois de todas as investigações sobre as funções e responsabilidades dos servidores da escola proponente, em especial, as atividades pedagógicas dos professores que empregavam a ludicidade com uso de métodos de ensino ativo. |
| Descrição: | It is through reports of experiences in the execution of the supervised curricular internship, after all investigations by the board, of the space structures, the didactic and pedagogical resources used in the proposing school, and also the conducting activities that were carried out under the guidance of teachers from the aforementioned internship school, as well as all the teachings, guidance and supervision of professor Jônatas Ferreira de Moura that this work was developed. Fulfilling the interest of portraying the importance of the Pedagogy degree student studying the Supervised Curricular Internship subject and completing the training activities for trainers carried out in the field, at a designated school. With the research question or objectives, did the experience in the Supervised Curricular Internship in Trainer Training contribute to my teaching training? The objectives are as follows: 1. Narrate the experience of the Supervised Curricular Internship in Trainer Training; 2. Analyze the contributions of the Supervised Curricular Internship in Trainer Training, for my self-education; 3. Identify the problems encountered in the development of the Supervised Curricular Internship in Trainer Training. But also presented in this work is a part of a bibliographical review when different theorists were cited as: (MOURA, 2019), (BRITO; MOURA, 2021), (GARCIA, 2016), (CONDE; ASSUNAÇÃO, 2016), (TOZETO, 2017), (RODRIGUES et al, 2017) (LINHARES, 2014) among others duly cited and listed in the references of this work. Since the training internship for trainers was carried out between the months of August and December of the year 2022 in a school in the city of Grajaú – MA, the learning results were satisfactory, as there was a great rapprochement with the professional field after all investigations into the roles and responsibilities of employees at the proposing school, in particular, the pedagogical activities of teachers who employed play using active teaching methods. |
