| Resumo: | É por meio de relatos sobre a experiência de realização de estágio curricular supervisionado, após todas as investigações na diretoria da instituição campo de estágio, sobre as estruturas espaciais, ferramentas didático-pedagógicas utilizadas na escola proponente, bem como sobre as atividades de gestão que foram implementadas sob a supervisão. professores do estágio, bem como toda a equipe docente da escola campo, orientação e supervisão do Professor Jônatas Ferreira de Moura, que este trabalho foi desenvolvido. Realização do interesse em captar a importância da gestão democrática no grau pedagógico de estudo no componente Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Gestão de Sistemas e Unidades Escolares sob supervisão e realização de atividades pedagógicas para supervisores realizadas em campo na escola designada. Assim, a questão de pesquisa é: Como a experiência no Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Gestão de Sistemas e Unidades Escolares contribuiu para minha formação docente? Os objetivos são os seguintes: 1. Narrar a experiência do Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Gestão de Sistemas e Unidades Escolares; 2. Analisar as contribuições do Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Gestão de Sistemas e Unidades Escolares, para minha autoformação; 3. Identificar as problemáticas encontradas para o desenvolvimento do Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Gestão de Sistemas e Unidades Escolares. Neste trabalho, porém, também é apresentada uma parte do panorama bibliográfico, quando vários teóricos foram citados como: (MOURA, 2019), (BRITO; MOURA, 2021), (GARCIA, 2016), (CONDE; ASSUNAÇÃO, 2016), (TOZETO, 2017), (RODRIGUES et al, 2017) (LINHARES, 2014) entre outros devidamente citados e listados nas referências deste trabalho. Desse modo, realizei o Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Gestão de Sistemas e Unidades Escolares no período de agosto a dezembro de 2022 e as atividades realizadas foram devidamente acompanhadas pelos supervisores de campo, Prof. Jónata Ferreira de Moura e Prof.ª Patrícia Alves Silva e a supervisora técnica a senhora diretora Fracione Amorim da Silva Santos, na Escola Municipal Portal do Saber. |

The objectives are as follows: 1. Narrate the experience of the Supervised Curricular Internship in Management of School Systems and Units; 2. Analyze the contributions of the Supervised Curricular Internship in Management of School Systems and Units, for my self-training; 3. Identify the problems encountered for the development of the Supervised Curricular Internship in Management of School Systems and Units. In this work, however, a part of the bibliographic panorama is also presented, when several theorists were cited such as: (MOURA, 2019), (BRITO; MOURA, 2021), (GARCIA, 2016), (COUNT; ASUNAÇÃO, 2016), (TOZETO, 2017), (RODRIGUES et al, 2017) (LINHARES, 2014) among others duly cited and listed in the references of this work. Thus, I carried out the Supervised Curricular Internship in Management of School Systems and Units from August to December 2022 and the activities carried out were duly monitored by the field supervisors, Prof. Jónata Ferreira de Moura and Prof. Patrícia Alves Silva and the technical supervisor, the director Fracione Amorim da Silva Santos, at the Portal do Saber Municipal School. |
